UNTITLED

2019, installation, single channel video

Stills from the documentation video, 2019

A translucent sail-like structure made of transparent foil was installed in the center of the space and could rotate freely around its own axis. Through prisms, an animated white circle was projected onto its surface, continuously generating shifting reflections, refractions and fragmented light movements throughout the room.

Activated through movement and changing spatial relations, the installation transformed projection into an unstable and atmospheric environment in which light, architecture and perception continuously reshaped one another.

Single channel video animation, on loop, metal, transparent film sail 140×200 cm, acrylic paint, 4 glass prisms sizes around 4×7 cm, 2019
The work was part of the exhibition 4-3-3, curated by Franziska Windolf and Jonas Müller-Ahlheim at Q-Space, Copenhagen
